Report flows – applications with multi-step approval

Menu names and screenshots are shown in Norwegian, as they appear in Rubic Admin with Norwegian selected.

A report flow is an application or report with approval in several steps, for example for grants. Each flow has steps, custom fields and variables.

1. Go to Innstillinger → Rapportflyt.
2. Click Ny rapportflyt, or choose a flow from the list to edit it.

The flow is set up here. The applications themselves are filled in and processed in the portal. Click Gå til søknader (Go to applications) to see them.
