Membership and payment settings

Menu names and screenshots are shown in Norwegian, as they appear in Rubic Admin with Norwegian selected.

Under Innstillinger → Innstillinger you find settings for joining and leaving, payment, messages, membership card and privacy.

Joining and leaving

• Automatically send payment and confirmation messages to members who join.
• Email the membership officer when someone joins or leaves.
• Allow members to leave on their own.
• Email the membership officer when a member is added to or removed from a group.

Training fee

Choose whether training fees are invoiced to guardians.

Payment

• Kredittdager (Credit days) – 14 days by default when the field is empty.
• Automatic invoicing of open orders.
• Membership/sales terms (URL) – link to the terms shown in the payment flow.

Messages

• Gjør SMS-utsending tilgjengelig (Make SMS sending available).
• Also send email and SMS to guardians when the member is under a chosen age.

Membership

• Show paid status and RubicID on the membership card.
• Invoice membership automatically on expiry.

Privacy

Click Aktiver to make members visible for messages in Rubic Connect.

Remember to click Lagre at the bottom.
