Scheduled and sent messages, and templates

Menu names and screenshots are shown in Norwegian, as they appear in Rubic Admin with Norwegian selected.

The tabs at the top of Melding give you an overview of what has been sent, what is scheduled, and how automatic messages look.

Sendt (Sent)

Shows messages that have been sent, with type and number of messages.

Planlagt (Scheduled)

Shows messages you have chosen to send later with Planlegg.

Maler (Templates)

Templates control how automatic messages look, for example invoice notifications, receipts and welcome letters.

1. Go to Melding → Maler.
2. Filter by channel (E-post, SMS, Push) or search for the template.
3. Click the template to customise it.

Changes only apply to your organisation. The default template used by others is not affected. Templates marked Standard have not been customised yet.
