Subgroups in the organisation tree

Menu names and screenshots are shown in Norwegian, as they appear in Rubic Admin with Norwegian selected.

Many clubs are divided into departments, teams or groups. In Rubic Admin these are called undergrupper (subgroups), and they sit in the organisation tree on the left of the home page.

Create a subgroup

1. Go to Hjem.
2. Click … next to the organisation (or group) in the tree on the left.
3. Choose Ny undergruppe (New subgroup).
4. Enter Navn (Name) and Kortnavn (Short name, required).
5. Click Opprett (Create).

Choose Rediger in the same menu to edit an existing group.

Subgroups in lists

Several lists, including the invoice journal, have the option Inkluder undergrupper (Include subgroups). When it is on, you also see rows from the groups below the one you are in.
