Membership reports, roles, member distribution and SMS report

Menu names and screenshots are shown in Norwegian, as they appear in Rubic Admin with Norwegian selected.

Medlemsrapporter (Membership reports)

Choose the Nye medlemmer, Utmeldte medlemmer or Utmeldte bedriftsmedlemmer tab (new members, resigned members, resigned company members) and a time range, for example the last 6 months. You can search within the report.

Note: Nye medlemmer counts by the joining date on the membership. The Nye medlemmer card on the home page counts by when the person was registered in Rubic. The numbers can therefore differ, for example after importing existing members.

Roller (Roles)

Everyone with roles in the organisation on a chosen date. Useful for documenting who was on the board or coaching at a given time.

Medlemsfordeling (Member distribution)

Member numbers by age group and gender, with paying members as a subset. Choose the year.

SMS-rapport

SMS messages sent in the period.

All reports can be exported with Eksporter til Excel and Eksporter til PDF.
