Find people in the people list

Menu names and screenshots are shown in Norwegian, as they appear in Rubic Admin with Norwegian selected.

Under Personer (People) you find everyone registered in the organisation. The list replaces the "member list" in the old admin solution.

The tabs

• Alle personer – everyone registered.
• Medlemmer – only people with a membership.
• Eksterne – people without a membership, for example guardians or volunteers.

Search and filter

• Search by name, email or mobile in the search field.
• Filtrer på utvalg shows only the people in a selection. See Create a selection.
• Filtrer på rolle shows only people with a particular role.
• Click a column heading to sort.
• Use the icons above the table on the right to filter columns and choose which columns are shown. Custom fields, such as shirt size, can be shown as columns.

Export to Excel

Click Eksporter til Excel to download the list.

Act on several people at once

Tick people in the left column to get a toolbar for selections, roles, memberships, competences, invoicing and messages. See Actions on several people at once.
